Measuring Guide & Terms & Conditions


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDERING BRIDESMAID DRESSES NO LATER THAN 20 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE.

BUT IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES DEPENDING ON HOW MANY DRESSES YOU REQUIRE, WE MAY HAVE AVAILABILITY SOONER DUE TO EXTRA STAFF AND LONGER WORKING HOURS, SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR AN EARLIER THAN 20 WEEK OPTION.

Welcome to our measuring guide

measuring can seem stressful if you've not done it before

but below we will give you details of what we need to make the process easier for you 

ALWAYS have somebody measure you (maybe a partner or somebody that is part of the bridal party)

when measuring please stand up nice and straight whilst the person you've chosen takes your measurements

please take measurements in INCHES

ALL MEASUREMENTS AND DETAILS NEEDED ARE TO BE INPUT IN THE CART NOTES BEFORE PAYMENT, ALTERNITIVLEY THEY CAN BE EMAILED OVER TO US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PAYMENT TO charlieryanboutique@hotmail.co.uk YOU MUST ADD YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE EMAIL THAT STARTS WITH #

for all dresses we need the following details and measurements as shown in the diagrams below

For dresses with one shoulder please add extra measurements for this option shown in diagram below

If you would like a leg split free of charge (introductory offer)

please see diagram above and add those measurements

For off the shoulder dresses please use diagram above 

and add those measurements to your order

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING DRESSES

By placing an order for made to measure dresses,

the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all custom dresses produced by Charlie Ryan.

All dresses are made specifically to the customers individual measurements, such garment is considered a custom product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements 

Charlie Ryan is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or outdated measurements provided by the customer.

Once production has begun, measurements cannot be changed.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment and measurements have been submitted by either cart notes or emails.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and may affect delivery times.

A non refundable full payment is required to begin production.

Productions times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

but an estimate of 4-6 weeks is the delivery time before your event date provided 

Additional alterations or significant changes will be charged separatley, alterations do not include redesigns or size changes due to weight fluctuations. 

this is why its so important that measurements are taken correctly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of made to measure dresses or accessories all sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled 

Returns & Exchanges

Made to measure dresses are not eligible for return or exchange.

If there is a proven manufacturing fault or defect, the customer must notify Charlie Ryan by email within 7 days of delivery (tacked and signed)

please note: we take pictures and videos of dresses before packaging for delivery.

Delivery 

Delivery dates are estimates and are not 100% guaranteed.

we do aim 4-6 weeks before event date provided

Charlie Ryan is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Care & Responsibility 

Proper care instructions will be provided with your dresses 

Charlie Ryan is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or storage.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the dresses and Charlie Ryan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the united kingdom

Acceptance

Placing an order confirms that the customer has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
