Our handmade items are NON RETURNABLE  as these are made to order after each purchase.

Only our wholesale items are eligable for Returns and they are strictly exchange or credit note only.

(PLEASE NOTE ANY OF THE ITEMS ABOVE ARE STRICTLY NON RETURNABLE IF YOU PUCHASED IN THE SALE)


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will not accept any return if:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

***There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items***


Exchange (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome of your return, if you wish to exchange for alternitive item please let us know in your return email to us and we will do our very best to do this for you, as our items are made to order please allow upto a further 7-10 for re delivery, a new postage cost will be requested to send your new item to you.

Credit note:

If you would prefare a credit note then please let us know and one of our team will email it over to you and will be valid on our website for 6 months, Please note after this 6 month period your code will become invalid and the credit note will be lost

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or credit note given.

Damaged (if applicable) 
Please note all internet orders are fully inspected before delivery but in the unlikley case of a defect etc We will replace items if they are defective, If this it the case please send us an email to charlieryanboutique@hotmail.co.uk and send your item to: Charlie Ryan, 28B North Bar Within, Beverley, HU17 8DL United Kingdom. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Charlie Ryan, 28B North Bar Within, Beverley, HU17 8DL, United Kingdom and should be sent via recorded delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you are sending back a defective item then we will refund you the shipping cost once returned

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
